Eligibility and Accounts

KidCash is intended for parents and guardians age 18 or older. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscriptions and Billing

KidCash offers a free plan that supports one kid profile indefinitely with no subscription required. Premium features and additional kid profiles are available through paid subscriptions:

• Family Plan: $99 USD per year or $9.99 USD per month when purchased through our website, or $99.99 USD per year or $9.99 USD per month when purchased as an iOS in-app subscription through the App Store — up to 3 kid profiles and all premium features.
• Big Family Plan: $129 USD per year or $12.99 USD per month when purchased through our website, or $129.99 USD per year or $12.99 USD per month when purchased as an iOS in-app subscription through the App Store — unlimited kid profiles and all premium features.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate in effect at the time of renewal.

In-App Purchases (iOS)

If you subscribe through the iOS App Store, payment will be charged to your Apple ID account. You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by visiting your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Web Subscriptions

If you subscribe through our website, payment is processed by Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page on kidcashapp.com. Refunds for web subscriptions are handled on a case-by-case basis — please contact support.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. For iOS subscriptions, cancel via your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. For web subscriptions, cancel via the Settings page on kidcashapp.com. When you cancel, you'll retain premium access until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free plan.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in KidCash, including kid profiles, transactions, chores, and savings goals. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display this content solely for the purpose of providing the KidCash service to you.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use KidCash for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Create accounts or content that impersonate others
• Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or inappropriate

Children's Use

KidCash is designed for parents and guardians to track their children's allowances. Kids may access their own profile page (with or without a PIN set by their parent) but should not create their own KidCash accounts. Parents are responsible for supervising their children's use of the app. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

Disclaimers

KidCash is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. KidCash is a tracking tool for family allowances and is not a bank, payment processor, or financial advisor. Balances shown in the app represent tracked values only, not actual money held by us.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, a2zCreative, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use KidCash.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to KidCash at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon account deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we'll notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of KidCash after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of KidCash will be resolved in the courts of Florida.
